-The rental includes all electricity , water, fuel and gas for normal domestic use.
- According to French law
there will be local taxes for all visitors which will be payable in addition, at the prevailing rates ( €0.49 per day for adults and
€.25 for children 13 to 16 years old).
THE FOLLOWING COSTS WILL BE NOTED IN THE CONTRACT:
- On confirmation a deposit/part payment
of €300 will be required to accept the offer. This will be retained as damages guarantee, until the satisfactory departrure from the
property in good order.
- On arrival, the full rental for the agreed period will be payable.
- Options, at extra cost, include provision
of sheets and preparation of the beds on arrival (€20 per bed) and full cleaning of the property after your departure.(€50)
- All payments
are required in Euros by bank draft, postal mandate or cheques drawn on a French bank. If required, payments may be made by special
arrangement, before the rental in £ Sterling.
